I try to avoid looking at my tank at 100% white light because I know I’m going to see things I don’t want to lol well I just looked everywhere and places I don’t typically look. Let’s see there’s some about a dozen different types of algae growing, spirorbid worms, one and just one bubble algae lol, a dead hermit crab I think peaking out of the sand I’ll deal with that later. And possibly aptasia. I realize now I think this is a spaghetti worm.

Could be. There's a saying: "If you don't like seeing scary things... don't turn on the white lights and go looking for them." Get a wrasse instead. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
I know I get curios though lol! And I would if they didn’t get fairly big and if I was already maxed out on fish.

Well for me it's hard to tell from the pictures, but spaghetti worms are great for detritus. I have one that decided to pop right up in front. Complete garbage collector, little miss pig-pen! I had to move the rock it was attached to. Because in an aquarium, we have our headliners and we have the support staff...

You know I never thought about it this way but it’s true lol!
