In the second photo, the top organism is a fan/tube/feather duster worm (more feathery, radioles completely surround the top of the animal) while the bottom organism is a barnacle (less feathery, cirri do not form a complete ring around the top of the animal). Both are harmless filter-feeders.
Almost looks like a young coral polyp as @taricha mentioned, possibly a young mushroom coral (Discosoma I think), though I’m not great with my corals.do you mean like this![]()
