Critter identification? Copepods or paradite? Good or bad

I have these little white dots that move all over my glass. I live in the cayman islands and had some live rock i left out for months on my lawn. I left em in the water for a few days before putting them in the tank to kill any bugs and dirt and stuff that were possibly on them. Not sure if now ive brought a parasite or copepods in the aquarium. The tank also has iche and have been treating with ich attack (invertebrate and fish safe) i also added a UV light slowly after noticing the ich. Tank is 20 nuvo from innovative marine with sand taken from the ocean and live rock. Have 3 yellow tail damsels, a sharpnose puffer, and 2 juvenile sturgeonfish tangs. Ich is almost off all the fish. I also have 4 mangroves i planted from seeds in the back. So can anyone tell if they are parasites or copepods?

Those look to be amphipods.

Ich Attack is ineffective. You can use UV, good params and diet to do "ich management" but you cannot eradicate it from the tank without a fallow.
