Critter in new nano tank

I picked up some sand from my local aquarium store and few days later i notice 2 white shelled creatures.

Can anyone identify these?

When in doubt, take it out.

I'm not sure what sort of snail they may be, maybe someone in the #reefsquad may know. But generally, you should catch the critter and put it in an outside container until you can get a positive ID, may be a while before you see them again.
