Any thoughts of what this could be I noticed an aptasia on my zoa drag plug then I noticed this guy it kinda looks like aptasia but it has a fluorescence to it

Aiptasia is bad, hydroids are bad. Period. Let’s not give new folks the idea that unwanted pests are ok to keep just long enough for them to multiply and then have the OP make a new thread about why their corals are dying.
Cheers

I never said anyone should keep unwanted pests, but I don't agree at all with the "blowtorch" approach to this hobby!

Is there any chance it's one of the blue clove polyps? If so, hit it with kalk paste. Basically, anything you didn't deliberately put in....kalk paste.

I am not seeing hydroids at all. Nor feather duster. I may be mistaken but I think most feather dusters have many more “tentacles” than the picture shows.

OP, do you happen to dip your corals? If not might be a good practice to start. It’ll help with a large percentage of pests, not all but most.

I did dip the coral when I brought it home just did the one dip though. Maybe I will dip it again tomorrow and then see what happens

Tube worm which uses its fan to capture food

Which dip? Most work well, even the homemade ones some folks here use (Bayer mostly). For how long? And did you use a baster to “blow” the debris off?
