Critter : keyhole limpet fuzzy ? ID pls

1.is it a type of keyhole limpet
2. Is it reef and fish safe

its somewhat hairy, stringy for the mantle

Pics of the top of the shell would help, my first guess would be some type of cowrie snail.

It is a cowrie with its mantle extended. I have a tiger cowrie and some gold rings.
