Critter on the glass

I've looked over the whole list of common critters but can't find this guy on there. It's about one cm long. Any idea what it is? Good/bad?

Its a Nudibranch and one I can safely say not welcomed. Tap into a net and discard before it lays eggs If fertile

Personally, based off of the head there, I'm inclined to think it's a tiny sea cucumber of some kind.

How do these get in my tank? I've used Real reef rock and caribsea live sand.

Hitchhiker. Could even been in bag with a new fish acquisition.

Then he must have come with my first two fish... I've quarantined everything since. And I never transfer water from the fish bags to the tanks. Net and fish only to minimize the chance of a hitchhikers. Guess you can never eliminate it completely.

Could be on/in the shell of cuc snails.

I'm just starting out so I'm more comfortable with stuff I put in there on purpose or things that are 100% safe and beneficial
