Critter with...feelers?? Help ID please

Just got in from work and saw this thing on the glass near Detritus Corner...at first I thought it was a conjoined pair of asterina starfish but on closer inspection I don't think that's it at all. It has feelers or polyps or tentacles of some sort.

Any ideas please - while I can still reach him to get him out if necessary??

I think you may have been right about the asterina starfish. It looks like a starfish either splitting or generating to me but a better pic under whites may help.

Reminds me of upside down jellyfish's young polyps. But I've never seen them fused together. So most likely wrong on my guess.
