Found some worm like things in my refugium. Are they pests or fish food?

Flatworms, and yes some fish especially wrasse hunt all day for those, I'd recommend a 6-line wrasse they're great

Six line, coris wrasse, or springeri damsel will make quick work of those

Thanks. I have a leopard wrasse in QT. My Melanarus wrasse died last week.
