Critters in sump. Help with ID and advice.

Hi all,
Still new here (had system running since August). Today I was doing maintenance and found this two different critters in the sump:

1. This one is all over the sump. I am assuming they are some sort of sponges but not sure about it.

2. The second type of critter looks like a worm. There are very small (~1/2 inch). I am thinking bristle worms but again not sure about it.

Is there anything I should do about these?

Pineapple sponges and bristle worms. Both are fine. Worms eat left over anything and sponges come and go. Always beneficial
