Cross contamination between Quarantine and Display tanks

My Royal Gramma in my QT just started displaying signs of ich today. I stupidly feed my fallow DT with a bit of frozen mysis that I dethawed with water from the QT a week ago. Am I back to day 0 of 76 days? I don't know much about Ich, and I'm not sure if it be in the free floating phase makes any difference for how long I have to wait...

The only thing you can transfer in the water is free swimmers. Ich can only live a couple days without a host. Velvet can live for 16 days. So if you are past day 60 of the 76 day fallow you just need to wait 16 more days. If you are under day 60 then you should be fine.
