Cross flow pump question

So am looking at getting a cross flow pump for my 40B. I'm just not sure if the CP-25 will be enough since I have the Fuji Pink sand or if I should go with the CP-40 but don't want the sand all over the place. Reason I ask is I have the RW8's and it's too much flow and I like using the else mode. So once the cross flow pump is in place I can sell the RW8's and get the rw4's.

CP25 is a Jebao gyre

Not the best quality in market. Go with maxspect or ice cap 1k or 3k depending on tank size.
You can change up flow patterns and output with gyre units. I run 2 and like them. Just a pain to clean.

I have a used gyre 1k that is sell you if interested. Had it as a 3rd pump in my 120g, only used it for about 2 months, send me PM if interested...

Thanks alot BrianReefer. Am loving the flow of this pump on my 40Breeder. I have it set on random mode with a Max of 80% currently in manual mode. Once I figure out Automatic mode I'll switch up the modes throughout the day.
