CR's Frag Shack

Looking good. Baby letting you two sleep yet?
LOL. Believe it or not it’s the 2 year old that doesn’t let us sleep. She refuses to sleep in her own bed. The baby sleeps like a log!!!

I've heard rubber bands work well for keeping mushrooms on frag plugs. Just a thought for the little one.

I just now stumbled onto this thread. This is mad work! Very impressive on a lot of levels. Fun.
Why thank you! I'm behind on updating this thread... with work and kids and this crazy virus crap I've been a little more busy than I would like. There's been a few changes, and there's a few plans in the works. I'll do my best to get this thread back up to speed and maybe even do another walk through video if I can.

So... we (me, the wife, and two girls 2.5yrs and 6 months) are stuck at the house for who knows how long. So what better way to maintain a little sanity than setting up a new tank.

I love nanos and I really like the dimensions of this standard 15g. It’s almost like it was made specifically for this spot.

Just ran into this and I would die to have a building dedicated for tanks like you! I would love to see this in person one day!!
When the apocalypse is over we might be able work that out lol.

Just saw a tornado ripped West Monroe/Monroe apart. How are you? Did your power go out?

We were lucky. Power flickered but didn’t go out. Very little damage near us but looks like Monroe got hit pretty hard.

Glad you all are okay. Yeah looks like a bomb was dropped at the airport with all those planes piled up on each other. We are lucky we have power here in El Dorado. Power is out from the outskirts of El Dorado all the way to Little Rock. So about a good third of Arkansas is without power.

Had to replace the old AC as it just wasn’t keeping up. It did fine last year but I have nearly 100g more in the shack now, and it was several years old. Better to replace and upgrade now than in the dead of summer when we’re have 95-100 degree days. New AC is a 10,000 btu unit that’s working much better. It also has WiFi so I can control it from anywhere using my phone, that’s a super cool feature.

Here’s a few pics of the process.
