Crud in mixing bin with TMP salt?

Try doing a sample mix in a five gallon bucket that is clean with a different/new powerhead/pump, I bet you will not have any residue.

Here we go again. Washed brute with bleach and then vinegar. Soaked pump and heater in citric acid.
This is my 2nd time mixing up some water after cleaning everything. Didn’t notice anything with the first batch. On this batch I have crud floating and on the bottom.
Used a different pump to mix but used the same heater as before.
Pics show the crud that was skimmed off the top using a fish net. Brute cans are in a closet and have covers on them.
