Crystal like thing

I was looking in the back of my tank today and found these things in my sand that look like little glass crystals and was wondering if anyone know what they are. Thanks

Not sure about what you are seeing, sorry not to be much help on that issue.

I did however have black sand and found that particles from the rock where metallic. I confirmed by pressing a magnet on my sand bed and a huge chunk was pulled up.

Not sure if yours will have the same issue but id run a magnet over your sand just to make sure.
