Lurked for awhile and finally getting around to making a thread.
Diy sump. Fuge grows gha. Been having an issue with slime in the fuge for the past month though. Not sure what's causing it. Could be algae die off.
2.5g water change a week. No mechanical filtration (I'll run a filter sock for a day after cleaning out the sump.)
Kalk in the top off.
