With the intent to improve my shipping methods in the case of a DOA, I ask that the package be opened within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt and provide a picture or video identifying the coral in question within the sealed bag. You may also be asked to provide a water temperature when available.
In the event of a D.O.A. the coral will be replaced with a like-sized coral in a reasonable time frame when available. If unavailable the purchase price will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
I understand there are delays that are out of our control. However, if there is delays from a lost package or acts of God I will do what I can to make things right.
