Cube food

I used to but I don't anymore it's mainly just water. I used to thaw it in a cup with a small amount of tank water and then strain it with a small strainer.

Now since I'm using an awesome cube 3D printed frozen food thawer I just plop the frozen cubes in and let them melt slowly. The fish love it and every time I come into the room and take the front of the canopy off they all swim right over waiting for the food to start melting...

depends on type of frozen cube. I rinse mysis to remove PO4 prior to feeding.

I do thaw most of my frozen foods, for ease of feeding, but I don't rinse anything as my nitrates and phosphates stay low.

I hand feed my tank frozen. Let all the liquid feed the corals
