CUC Before Fish?

I'm going to be having a 220 predator tank, just wondering if the CUC should be introduced before the predator fish? Thank you.

What predator fish will you be adding? Imho it's pointless with most triggers and the bigger puffers.

I made a mistake of doing too many cuc members when I first did salt. A good bit perished the others were eaten by a puffer. Just my experience
