CUC for IM Nuvo Fusion 20?

My tank is cycling, so - while I wait - I'm trying to plan for the next step. I know I'll need a cleanup crew, and I've gotten some conflicting answers, so I'm asking here:

1. How many snails/snails of each type would I need?

2. I don't want hermit/emerald crabs (I'd rather not roll the dice), but would I want a peppermint shrimp or fire shrimp?

3. When should I add them in?

I wouldn't add any snails until you see green film algae, probably around a month after cycle is complete.
I have 8 snails on IM 40. Four Turbo, four Astraea.
Shrimp while hardy need stable chemistry. I added one when the tank was 3 months and past the initial ugly phase.
