Just thought this would be an interesting topic. What do you use as part of a CUC for your zoa dominated tank or frag tank? Any favorites?

Currently I'm using a couple of hermit crab and some cerith snails, though I dont see the cerith snails doing much. My favorite is probably my mandarin goby, I think it helps the zoas by eating those pesty amphipod that sometime bothers my zoa colonies.

I like the little Bumblebee Snails and Stomatella Snails as they seem to clean out algae and detritus from in between the polyps quite well.

Cheers, Todd

i keep my cuc varied
only thing i would say is don't get anything too big. my orange lipped conch and spikey astrea snail have both managed to smudge/bruise a zoa or two,

In my tank and frag tank i have a lot of blue legs, some astreas, a few turbo, lots of stomatella, and at least 1 urchin.

stomatellas are a must! I have tons of them. also they produce eggs like crazy, feeding the polyps natural food as well.
