I have a new tank that is currently in the cycling state. I ordered a CUC and placed them in a small quarrantine acquarium. What should I feed them? Do I do water changes as I do for my quarrantine fish tank? Help, I do not want my snails and adorable crabs to perish.
 
I've fed mine Hikari algae and seaweed wafers and for nassarius the Hikari Massivore Delite. Unfortunately latter only available 380g bag although those likely will eat anything protein based including frozen food.

Yeah, some algae wafers or pellets and some sinking fish feed should be fine - you do water changes as needed like with a fish QT, yeah (you probably won't need to do the water changes as frequently though).
 
You can add a refugium style light and promote algae for the snails to eat. I keep a spare reef light over my invert QT

Algae wafers, potato chips, old hamburger buns, ect.
Jk but yeah just the same ol you would feed other fish or what you have on hand
