cuc yellow sponges? or something bad?

I just noticed them yesterday. I spend hours looking at my tank everyday little bits at a time. I like to heat up rodi water and kill aptasia lol.
this afternoon I noticed a dead snail...darn hermit crab. but i digress. anyway, digging him out I see about 6 or 7 bright yellow dots on the backside of my rocks.. low flow and hardly any lighting.. I read all I can about yellow sponge,, but no one has great pics.. me included.

Sponges are a sign of good tank health for me.. and I have such abundance of yellow sponges because I dose live phyto and it seems that helps sponges prosper..
