I just started a nano 10 gallon with live rock. 2 weeks later Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate are 0 (I used stability). I'm saving up for an led light (kessil a150w). My question is: Do I need to wait on getting a clean up crew until after I obtain the light? What should I do

You can add cuc's now. Just keep an eye on the numbers as the tank is very new. Good luck.

Do you have algae or diatoms growing in the tank? I usually wait to add my CUC until I see them beginning to form.

No I was unsure if I would get any of that with no "ammonia source". Will it begin to grow with just live rock?

I wouldn't add anything to the tank just yet. I would ghost feed it some food and check the parameters daily for a week. The ghost feeding will mimic the bio load of adding fish. If there is an ammonia or nitrite reading, the tank is not ready for its first inhabitants.
