turkey baster
tooth brush
Then get your self a power filter.
There just saved you a couple hundred smackers.

Im still in the process of finishing my build, so do not have first hand experience to share, but have seen https://www.reefcleaners.org/ recommended by many. Prices are super competitive & great selection.

I typically use ReefCleaners and have had a fairly good experience with all the various cuc orders I've placed.

As long as you need $50 worth, reef cleaners is great.
