Culturing and Feeding Grindal Worms vs White Worms?

Any experienced wormers out there...

I understand that Grindal worms are a little smaller and can be cultivated at a warmer temperature.

Any reason(s) to choose to culture ove over the other? ease of culuturing? fish preferences? etc...

Grindal worms seem to tolerate a wider range of temperatures, which is important for shipping: my starter culture arrived a few days ago, alive, even though temperatures were below freezing. I also could not find standard white worms for sale via mail order anywhere in Canada.

Well I'm trying some white worms. Actually bought a mini fridge to cultivate them in. Well check back in a few months to compare notes. I'm hoping my butterflies, mandarins and scooters dig in. Maybe I can even get some of my Blue Gudgeon Gobies to eat. Really hoping to take my fish husbandry to a new level. BTW I'm sure they will be a hit with my discus. Probably better than beef heart.
