Cupramine @ .38 to .45??

So cupramine at .38 to .45 will it work for ICH? I know .5 is the dosage but I found .4 is a better spot for sensitive fish at .5 fish is not tolerating well

From what I understood, so long as it stays above 2.5, it's still technically therapeutic but I believe the time needed to be extended to compensate.
