If I dose Cupramine in my display tank with live rock/sand (no inverts) will it eradicate ich? Also is it possible to remove the copper over an extended period of time with something like chemipure so that I can add inverts in the future?

If you ever plan to have coral in the display than do not do this. The rocks can absorb copper and indefinitely leach it back into the water. If you're plan is to run a fish only tank than yes, you can get enough of the copper out to allow the addition of inverts once treatment of ich is complete.

Thank you, I am not wanting to have coral in this tank as I’m going to be keeping some coral eaters, but would love to have stuff like cleaner shrimp and a CUC
