Cupramine or Coppersafe.... best choice?

Which is the preferred treatment for Ich? And will either show up on Hanna copper test? I have a pair of Blue Jaw Triggers, a Royal Gramma, a Purple Queen Anthias and a Midas Blenny in qt.... are any of these ill advised to treat with copper?
