Cupramine questions

I bought a regal tang, fox and pair of clown 2 weeks back and are in QT.They suddenly stopped eating and my tang is always sleeping on floor.i feel he has got ich.i have cupramine but I don't have test kit to test the copper.I want to know after dosing first dose. How many days should I wait for second dose.

@Aruna First off, why do you think the tang has ich? Are you seeing white spots? Have you tested for ammonia in QT?

I see small white spots on clowns and my ammonia is correct. I changed water once in 4 days around 30%. My tang is almost sleeping on floor.

Do you have pics of the white spots? Just so we can confirm it is, in fact, ich or velvet. And not Brooklynella (which clowns sometimes carry).
