Copper can throw the readings of liquid test kits off ... it's recommended to use a Seachem "ammonia badge" to keep an eye on that, as copper doesn't affect the badge's reading.

Copper can also hinder "biofilter". So the badge is an important tool when using copper.

Can Cupramine be absorbed by Bio Cubes. Wanting to put some bio cube of some sort into my QT tanks powerhead filter chamber.

Although I'm not certain, I suspect that biocubes may well be able to absorb cupramine. You might be better off with a "Sintered glass" biomedia, such as Eheim Substrat or Sera Siporax.

I’d expect the biocubes to absorb it too. They’re very porous, by design, so I think you’d be hard pressed to be sure you got all of it out.

Both Fluval BioMax and Seachem Matrix work really well in QTs while treating with copper. I tested BioMax and Humblefish tested Matrix, and we found them not to absorb copper and worked really well in a HOB filter to maintain good bio processing. Got a new Foxface going through QT in copper right now with BioMax and the copper levels are rock steady according to my Hanna HL Copper Checker. Profs again to @HotRocks for the research on the Hanna. It's so much less stressful on both the fish and me using the Hanna.

This is my experience, also. I use a similar media in my QT and have minimal copper absorption.

I would never move any media to DT after it was used in QT personally.

I toss them after meds/copper exposure. I do keep a bag filled with BioMax in my DT sump at all times and a foam pad for a bubble filter as well just in case they are needed to set up a QT quickly.

Got it. When done with a QT that's had copper in it, washing the tank, equipment, etc. with vinegar precipitates the copper into a harmless form. I would imagine that the BioMax could have a layer of copper on the surface, since it doesn't absorb it, and that surface layer could leach out the copper into the water of your DT. So rinsing or soaking in vinegar would take care of that possible issue.
