Started having some slow to slowly increasing STN in many SPS colonies over the past two months. Only significant thing I can trace it to is neglect in changing my RO filters (did last night). My TDS was showing 1 after the DI before the filter change and 0 now. I’m concerned due to the fact that I found where my local tap water has a noticeable level of copper in the water quality report. An old test kit shows a very faint change of color indicating some might have gotten through to the tank. I picked up some cuprisorb, but don’t have a bag small enough (it’s like DI resin) to keep it in. I put it in an Avast media reactor, but despite the sponges to hold it in plaxce, it fluidizes and tumbles around. Is that ok?

Yes as long as it doesnt escape. Fwiw natural colored panty hose work great for fine media.
