Unfortunately lympho is a virus and there is no cure. All you can do is feed a healthy diet and keep your water as pristine as possible and the symptoms may reside, but the fish will never be cured.

Is that fish in the same tank you're using cupramine in now from your other post? Puffers are very sensitive to copper, especially ionic copper like cupramine, and the treatment will likely kill him

Yea but he seems to be doing well and no signs of stress going on 5th day

Is it contagious?

It's a virus so it is contagious but fish with healthy immune systems are usually fine, copper is an immunosuppressant so that's probably why he's exhibiting symptoms. You should get him out of the copper and treat with chloroquine phosphate which is much safer for puffers. His condition will likely continue to decline the longer he's in copper

Exactly this

I had a large atlantic blue tang which contracted lympho. I’d had him five years. I called the flippin MB at seaworld y’all and spoke to him! He suggested and I complied: use a clean baking sheet 1/2” deep at least. Line with clean towel, soak and fill with tank water. Catch the blinking fish. Lay him on the towel and cover him with a soaked washcloth. Quickly and confident with minimal pressure, use a clean razor blade and/or sharp scissors. Scrape gently all problems. Using a bucket filled with tank water and a dose of melafix, let him swim in dim light for ten minutes and put him in a dim tank. The same MB walked me through the same technique to drain and medicate a swollen cloudy yellow eye on an angel. I’m proud of those surgeries!
