Curing dead old “live rock”

I’m 1.5 weeks in and one water change has been done since in tub

ammonia is undetectable
Nitrite is undetectable
Nitrate is 5

Is it safe to throw in my tank? Wait another week?

Throw some ammonia in there. If it goes away in a day or two. It’s ready.
