I have a 44 gallon brute that is currently set up for my Auto Water Change container. I keep it stocked with saltwater and it's heated. I'm currently only using about 1.5 gallons per day.

I'm planning a new tank in the coming months and would LOVE to be able to cure some dry rock without buying another giant bin.

Any concerns with just tossing some dry rock in my AWC bin with a bit of bacteria for a month, other than it making things a bit dirty?

Are you saying just add rock to the AWC bin and use that water after it has been sitting with the rock?

I am. The tank that it's feeding in to already has the bacteria in it, and nothing should be coming out of the new dry rock that wouldn't be safe for a new tank. I would guess that it might add a tad bit of ammonia to the tank that it's feeding in to, but probably not much.
