Thanks Randy! I think I'll try to lower it but is really high alk generally a problem with LPS in the first place?
I do not think there is a demonstrated problem with high alk other than precipitation of calcium carbonate, as long as there is sufficient N and P to allow corals to grow tissue as fast as they grow skeletons.
