Curious on other reefers setup for 20 gal tank

Hi was looking on YouTube and saw some people had Hang on back refugiums and other stuff I didn’t think was possible with just a 20 gal wondering what others setups might be out there to get some inspo on how I can do things better with my tank pics would be highly appreciated!

My first salt tank back in the 1980's when I was around 12 was run with a HOB aquaclear filter and undergravel filter. I kept some fish alive, even an octopus felt safe for the rest of her life.

Hopefully some more will chime in. Have you looked through the nano sub forum on this site? I'm sure there are lots of inspiration there.

I have not as I’m still getting familiar with the page I just wanted to see how other people might have their tanks setup definitely going to try and check it out though !!

My 20L in the past had. Korallia nano 425gph powerheads. Ehiem jaeger heater. Ehiem liberty hob filter. Hydor slim skim in tank skimmer.
Had 3 par 38 ecoexotic bulbs above it like 20" up. Lol
