Current Loop app HELP

Anyone using the Current Loop App?
I've installed it on both android phone and tablet. Cannot get Bluetooth to connect.???

Orbit R24 Reef Light from Saltwater Aquarium. Apparently my Android phone & tablet are too old. Go figure... Had to install the App on my wife's tablet.

Wondering if there is a fix? because mine are like 3 years old and where working just fine and now they won't connect I have five loop controllers and can't control anything any more. I have contacted them and they just keep emailing questions and haven't contacted me back for 3 days now this has been going on for about 2weeks now.

They ruined the app. Mine no longer connect either. I have two sets of lights, and now I can't adjust them. The company folded, and @SaltwaterAq is selling the inventory.

My Orbit R24 reef light wouldn't work with my Samsung S9 or my Samsung tablet. It works fine with my wife's S22 and her much newer Samsung tablet. So I'm guessing they require the most updated operating systems.

Yup. I have that on Android. When the app updated last month, (after 3 years of no updates) it disabled the ability to connect to the lights. I tried different devices. If you haven't updated the app, I wouldn't do it.

Ya, I just got the light new less than a month ago. I didn't see anything update operating system requirements. I spent a couple hours cursing the lack of directions before I downloaded the app on my wife's devices and it worked like a charm. Actually pretty nice program.
