Current loop bluetooth help

So I have the loop current set up and its not working. I'm not sure if I missing anything, I can't find a tutorial, went by instructions the best that I interpret them. Im only using wave pumps and they won't turn on for anything. Have the Bluetooth hub, all green lights, all plugged in, and app but the wave makers do not come on at all. Am I missing something?
Items I have
2 wave makers
2 ac power cords for wave makers
1 bluetooth hub connect
1 temp probe
Any ideas?

I had the LOOP system with 2 LED strips, 3 powerheads, a return pump and had the same issue. I called Current USA and they called me back the same day and walked me through the entire programming process. And continued to answer all my questions long after that initial conversation.

I no longer use their system (except the return pump). From all the different reefing companies I've dealt with, their customer service is miles ahead of most. They truly do care about their customers and take the time to work with them to resolve any issue. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.

Try calling them.

I recall I had issues with the bluetooth module, so they sent me a new one. I also had issues with that one, so the rep (Brandon) took his personal one from one of his tanks and sent it to me. That's customer service!

Yes it is lol. I tried for about an hour and a half and tried finding any video walk through and nothing

Do you have the power plugged into the right spots? And have you programmed the pumps on the app? I know it’s probably a silly question. If you have then you can contact the company. They are super nice. I have messaged them on Facebook. Just in case here’s some screenshots from mine.

first, tap program.

Then, tap pumps.

Then, tap on each one to set the programming.

After it’s set hit the home button, the house looking icon. You should be set. I didn’t realize you had to tap the house for it to set it before and it wouldn’t work for me at first either

I know this is a year late maybe someone could use this info.
Green=Lock
White= daylight manually
BLUE= is the color that will allows you to program this controller.
yah BT is slow to link up. It's a Big Pain in the buttocs.
but I use it once you figure it slow to connect
but in the end it dose connect.
