Your controller is fine but I believe you need the blue interface box (like the black one in your picture).

No. Brand new and no outside magnet piece. It is not attached and I did not lose it ??? I have no idea. But when I look at the pics of the eflex heads. The smallest one that I got looks like it doesn’t have the piece and the larger one do. I am so confused as to how they expect you to attach it

I've not had these for a couple years, but every one I purchased came with two identical magnets.
