Selling this light I ended up not needing. Everything works great! Only used for less than a month. Requires a male to male micro USB to connect the pump to the main unit for synchronization. Although it does work stand alone to my knowledge.

The light is full spectrum and will work great with most soft corals. It probably wont be enough for SPS but I have seen people use it for such purposes. Just make sure it will fit your tank but other than that, its really an amazing starter light

Plus the pump it comes with will provide enough flow for practically any softy and some SPS if you decide to go that route.
