I adjusted mine with these instructions.
I set the blue to 100%
White to 40%
Red and green to 15%
Kind of swinging from the hip on the lighting percentages.
But
I have some coraline algae starting to grow on my rocks. A few spots of light purple and a few spots of pale green. I currently have no corals in the tank. But the fish seem happy.
I attached the instructions I used. Read them thoroughly to set the custom lighting.

It's on the last 4 pages for the ramp up/down and custom light setting.
If you loose power you will have to redo the settings. I just found out this morning. I had a heater catastrophically fail and blew the GFCI.
Hopefully my fish dont die of poisoning or something.
