Jello hope all is wee with the groups family life..if not things are awful here too...however finally after @$%^#&......and @#$%&$%&
The 80Gal Bow is full all equipment is Brand New the light will not come on. The IC control responds to remote....This is torture‍ hàve been searching for 2days Current USA not available I left a message. All three devices are not working it must be me. Any suggestions are welcomed. Im near Breakdown with this.

Move the micro usb for the light to the far left usb insert.

Yes. To be more specific, the USB that goes to the remote control LCD goes in the left.

No worries. I couldn't see your video. Out of curiosity, did you do a test/reset on the GFI outlet? I really don't see this being the issue though since the blue light is on

How do I reset it..? I held down the power button for 10sec

Oh, yes on the gFI, and in basement. None of them work wave fan,eflux, Its driving me nuts

Now it's driving me nuts. LOL. It's not a hard set up at all.

Do you have little fingers in your house? Had a friend who couldn’t get anything to work on his light fixture. He had me bring my Fluke Meter over. His toddler got hold of a remote, loaded it up with overlapping programs. BTW, she used one of the TV Remotes. LOL. CLear everything off and start over.
