Bought it brand new last year. Still works perfectly. Comes with light, display, controller, mount and spare battery.
One of the brackets must of been getting splashed over the last few months and created some rust. I covered it in black electrical tape (same color as bracket, so it blends well) to protect it from this point forward. A replacement bracket can be ordered, but I opted not to as the tape is protecting it. Pictures below.
