Current usa satelite pro and Apex

I have some Current USA Satellite Pro lights and wanted to know if anyone has used them with apex? or is there a way to control the lights so it can be blue lights on for 1 hour and then ramp up all to the night mode where it goes all blue again for 1 hour ?

Thanks yes I have been to Neptune forum and saw that but clueless on how to make that. Also i am really unsure if making that will accomplish what i wan to do.
