I've got a current USA 6 bulb T5 fixture with a dead fan. Anyone know where I can get a new fan or find a quality aftermarket replacement? I'm guessing a PC fan would work, but thought i'd ask first.

Your best bet is to go after market. They stopped supplying parts for those.

Look for a low DB with close to or higher of the same CFM.

DB stands for decibel rating simply stated the noise level. CFM stands for cubic feet per minute simply stated how much air does the fan move.

Size mostly.

Wouldn’t worry about watts. I don’t think that Light has been in production a long time. Save that you don’t want one that takes a LOT more watts.

Fwiw , a .5 watt fan with twice as many blades will give you more CFM.
So don’t overthink it.
