I'm currently running a 36in and 24in light bar on my cobalt c-vue 45 tank to reduce shadowing. Does anyone have experience with this light and or a light setting that I could use to keep everything happy. I cant tell if it's too much light or if i have the spectrums off. Any help would be great.

I have the 36" currents on my tank I have a red sea reefer 250 they are the ic pros so the dual bar. I don't use the tank mounts they sit on the rim of my tank. I set mine to turn on at 1:00 pm and they ramp up for an hour and a half until full spectrum and they ramp down at 9:00pm until 10:30pm where it only runs 5% blues for six hours. I have my ramp up at 50 percent blues and 5 percent whites at full spectrum I use 75 percent blues and 10 percent whites. No greens or reds due to help algae grow but lps seems to be doing well but I am getting new lighting next month they just don't have the best spectrum or intensity.

I have this light too. Plus the way old gen 1 or 2 light that didn't have any red or green. Honestly, I use the preset light modules. I think I picked the 10 hour full intensity schedule. Works well for my soft corals and zoas (all I got under the light right now).
