I have to say you guys have really crappy customer service. I not only posted here but emailed you guys to find out the answer to this question and no one has bothered to get back to me. Guess you guys don't need the business. Will go back to Red Sea, at least they respond to you.

Definitely not the best. My next tank will be red sea. I had big issues.

Waterbox support is very good and very responsive. I worked with Autumn when my initial shipment had issues and she was emailing me back within minutes even though most of the WB staff was at a trade show. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed with their support.

I agree, they are pretty responsive. You can even reach out on Facebook if you have it. They respond within the day.
