currently acclimating fish filtration time?

i just picked up a nice frostbite bullet hole and some type of davinci cross. my nitrite hit zero yesterday im currently acclimating fish. But the BIG question is should i start running the Chemi-Pure nano packets today or put them in a day or two after adding the fish.
