Currently first batch phytoplankton culture

Just s question I have a few plastic bottles j received pods in and a orange juice bottle is like to store fresh live phytoplankton when I'm ready to harvest it

What is the best way to sanitize the bottles so the live phyto doesn't crash or get contaminated

Rubbing alcohol to kill/sanitize, Let it completely evaporate or dry, or you could rinse out with RO/DI.
